Mr. Toulet is currently a partner with Toulet, Gottfried, Dávila y Martínez, S.C. He is directly in charge of the corporate, real estate, environmental, and health and safety areas. The emphasis in his practice has been planning, structuring, financing and implementing transactions with foreign corporations doing business in Mexico. His legal practice has taken him throughout the Mexican Republic and he has experience in almost all-31 states.

Before forming Toulet, Gottfried, Davila y Martinez, S.C.he was partner with Deloitte & Touche, where he headed the legal department. Mr. Toulet was a founding member of the law firm of Toulet, Caballero y Diaz Marin, S.C., where he also represented foreign corporations doing business in Mexico, mainly in the border zones.

Mr. Toulet has directly practiced law in Mexico City, Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Tijuana, Baja California and Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua. He is knowledgeable of such cities and the markets they represent.
