Professional Experience

Mr. Dávila is the partner in charge of Toulet, Gottfried, Dávila y Martínez, S.C. in Mexico City. He is directly in charge of the areas of corporate, finance, real estate, environmental, intellectual property, and litigation in general. The emphasis of his legal practice is the general legal consultation to private companies. His legal practice has taken him throughout the Mexican Republic which has given him the experience to act before state and federal administrative and judicial authorities.

Before forming Toulet, Gottfried, Dávila y Martínez, S.C., he acted as Legal Counsel to Gamesa, S.A. de C.V., Director General of a real estate company, and most recently partner of the firms of Alcocer y Dávila, S.C., and Renaud-Courtney, Dávila y Guzmán, S.C. He was also affiliated with the firm of Toulet, Caballero y Díaz Marín, S.C. in Mexico City.

Mr. Dávila has mainly practiced law in Mexico City, Monterrey, N.L., and Puebla, Pue.
