Attorney at law with 20 years of experience representing individuals and corporations in litigation matters, with an emphasis on Civil Litigation and Mediation.
Mr. Martinez is currently an of counsel to Toulet,Gottfried, Davila y Martinez, S.C. He directs the Litigation division focusing on Trial Law. His work has taken him to Mexico City, Monterrey, Matamoros, Hermosillo, Guadalajara, Chihuahua, and other business centers within the Mexican Republic, therefore permitting him to acquire a broader vision of diverse criteria with respect to the enforcement of the law. Many of his cases involve cross border Litigation between U.S. / Mexican interests.
Before forming Toulet, Gottfried, Davila y Martinez, he was a founding partner of Martinez & Martinez Litigation Firm.
Mr. Martinez has extended his legal experience to pro bono work as Assigned Delegate of the Preliminary Investigations Department and Assigned Counsel to the Public Defendant’s Office in Ciudad Juarez.
