Before joining TOULET, GOTTFRIED, DAVILA Y MARTINEZ S.C., Mr. Lazalde developed occupationally in the Secretariat of Finance for the State of Chihuahua known as “SHCP”, and thereafter in the Secretariat of Finance and Administration for the state of Chihuahua. Mr. Lazalde has also worked in the Notary Public number 3 of the state of Chihuahua. Mr. Lazalde is also a former member of the law firm of Tecnológico de Monterrey, as well of the recognized construction firm known as Real Estate Planning Technique Corporation.
